Situated in a small, provincial village near the city of Carcassonne, overlooking the Pyrenees mountains, the 18th century Château Guilhem has been in the same family for six generations. It has always been surrounded by vineyards - and the estate now comprises 25 hectares in the Malepère region of Languedoc. Guilhem can now boast AOC status for its Côtes de la Malepère wines.
