After receiving a Trophy (Tawny Port over £10) for Sandeman 30 Year Old Tawny in the Decanter World Wine Awards, this distinguished producer takes the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) Trophy for best Port in 2011.

"Moderate amber hue, with notes of sweet raisins, warm brown spices and walnuts on the nose. Seductively sweet, with soft acidity and fine tannins. Robust, full bodied and warming, a generous style full of intense Christmas cake flavours with a lingering finish."

The trophy will be presented by the President of the IWSC, Prince Robert de Luxemboug, at a special Banquet at the Guildhall in London on 16th November.
