Les Caves de Bailly
Les Caves de Bailly are the leading producers of Crémant de Bourgogne with 40% of total production for the appellation. The wines are matured for a minimum of two years in quarries dating back to the 12th century. The grapes - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté - are harvested manually, and vinified separately, and the wines are presented under a brand new, bright, contemporary label.
