Cava, with fourteen months' bottle age. Pale lemon in colour with delicate pearling, it has aromas of citrus and a hint of bay, with delicate acidity and long-lasting, fine bubbles. Puigmoltó means Ram's Hill – hence the distinctive label. The estate has been cultivated by the same family for generations. New investment and a young team headed by winemaker Luis Raventós is taking the wines into a new dimension for the future - whilst retaining immense respect for experience and tradition, and the 'mystique' of the land.
