Cariñena is the largest DO in the region of Aragón and vineyards lie on the flat and vast valley floor stretching put as far as the eye can see. Garnacha, which like a bit of heat, is the key grape for red wine whilst Chardonnay, Viura and Muscat thrive here for whites. Luckily our partner here, Esteban Martin, has plenty of all of them and is making the very best wines the region has to offer.
