France » Burgundy » Mâconnais
Ever wondered where most of Burgundy's white wines are produced? Well you've found it, the Mâconnais. Nestled between the Côte Chalonnaise to the north and Beaujolais to the south, it's slightly warmer and more consistent climate allows for a regular flow of great value, sophisticated chardonnays. Pouilly Fuissé and Saint Véran are its two most respected and best known appellations and our favourite producer, Domaine Corsin, make amongst the very best the region has to offer.
