Tasting notes

Rich ruby-red with powerful aromas of red fruits. The wine is well-structured with ripe tannins and fine balance, giving good ageing potential. Drink with red meat, game and hard cheese.

Production method

Grapes ar harvested mechaniclly and sorted by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, with daily pumping-over, followed by maturation in vat.
