Well-structured Bordeaux with good, upfront fruit and just a hint of spice. Medium bodied, smooth and well-balanced, with a herbaceous note on the finish.

Production method

Traditional maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation in vat (28 days) with pumping over. Matured for 12 months in concrete vat prior to blending and bottling (no oak).
