Producer notes
The House of Champagne Joseph Perrier was established in 1825, and has been under the ownership of the same family (Pithois) since 1888. Now in the very capable hands of Jean-Claude Fourmon, a direct descendent of Paul Pithois, Joseph Perrier own roughly 21 hectares of vineyards on the Northern Slopes of the Valle de la Marne, which satisfies 30% of their production and ensures consistency and quality. Joseph's Cuvée Royale Brut NV is aged in Roman Cellars for a minimum of 3 years.
