Tasting notes

Dalca Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour with a green glimmer. The nose delivers freshy cut herbs and lime aromas complemented with fine notes of asparagus. The palate is clean and vibrant with ripe fruit flavors with nice acidity.

Production method

Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Wine is matured briefly in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit.
