Tasting notes
A fresh & fruity wine, with a bouquet of tropical & citrus fruits. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced on the palate, as well as supple and refreshing. Serve chilled with pasta, fish, shellfish, salads or on its own as an aperitif.
Production method
Grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed in the pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation the juice is chilled to allow a natural separation of sediment and juice. After racking, selected yeasts are added to initiate alcoholic fermentation - which takes place in temperature-controlled conditions of 18Co in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days.

Winemaker Andrea Valentinuzzi has a lot on his plate and not just fine Mediterranean seafood ! With a few thousand hectares of vineyards in Western Sicily to manage, a state of the art winery and more grape varieties than your average MW could name, it takes one hell of a talented winemaker to master all of that. An alchemist in the winery then but, at these prices, he's also bending the laws of Physics!
