Winemaker Andrea Valentinuzzi has a lot on his plate and not just fine Mediterranean seafood ! With a few thousand hectares of vineyards in Western Sicily to manage, a state of the art winery and more grape varieties than your average MW could name, it takes one hell of a talented winemaker to master all of that.
