Tasting notes

Made from high-altitude Douro white varieties, including Malvasia, Viosinho and Gouveio, this is a clear and brilliant lemon colour with aromatic intensity dominated by citrus and tropical fruits, along with some floral notes (roses). Beautifully balanced, with good body and lively acidity and a fine, elegant, lingering finish.

Temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation in stainless steel vat.
