Tasting notes

Cherry-red in colour with viiolet-hued rim. On the nose - red fruits and liquorice, with a pleasant herbaceous quality. On the palate it is well-structured and fresh, with a long and very fruity finish.

Production method

Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25C to preserve and extract the fruity aromas to the maximum, plus gentle maceration on the skins for around 7 days. Maturation in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
