Tasting notes

Intense ruby-red colour with great depth. On the nose, aromas of vanilla and cinnamon mingle with notes of mature fruit. On the palate the wine is smooth and round, with good body and well-integrated, sweet tannins.

Production method

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for about 13 days. The wine is aged for 12 months in American oak Bordeaux-type barrels, followed by a minimum of 3 months in bottle prior to release.
