Production method
Fresh fruits are macerated with neutral spirit and sugar before bottling.
Producer notes
Védrenne produces fruit liqueurs of the highest quality. Védrenne is best known for its Supercassis, which is made from locally harvested Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants.
